Q: Can l use these outside?

A: Yes ,Will require extra waterproof power supply and controllers Need quote separately.

 

Q: Do I need tools to install it?

A: No. Everything is plug-and-play. You can cut the light strips to length with scissors, but no tools or hardware are required for installation.

 

Q: Can i cut this strip light?

A: Yes, the back side of each strip light with black cut dot, each cutting length is 50mm.

 

Q: Can I use it to any slat wall?

A: Slat wall led strips are designed to fit perfectly between the slats on acoustic panels. Fit is not guaranteed with All panels or brands,Gap space recommend 12.2-13mm.

 

Q: How do I control the brightness?

A: We will provide led dimmer controller to you, there will be buttons to adjust the brightness on it. Or you can download TUYA APP control it by you Phone.

 

Q: Can I change the color temperature or make it become RGB / RGBW / RGBIC?

A: No. The version of the strip light is a single white color (2700K/3000K/4000K/6500K).Color changing version are available, need quota separately.

 

Q: How do I connect TUYA App?

A: Make sure your phone is on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, then open the Tuya app and follow the prompts to add a new lighting device. Power cycle the lights if they don't show up immediately

 

Q: Do these work with Alexa or Google Home?

A: Yes! Once connected through Tuya, you can link the app to your Amazon Alexa or Google Home account for voice control.

 

Q: Can I install fewer than all 4 lights in the 4-pack kit?

A: Absolutely. Simply plug in as many lights as you need. Unused splitter port can be left unconnected.

 

Q: How long is the power cable?

A: The kit includes an extension cord that adds flexibility,but we recommend installing your power source within 6-10feet of the panel location.

 

Q: What if one of the strips doesn't light up?

A: First,check the connection between the strip and the splitter. If it's securely plugged in and still not working, please reach out to us, and we' ll take care of you.
