1.Payment term: T/T 100% payment in advance, or for over 10,000USD, T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goodsready before shipping. or L/C or Western Union for small amount.
2.Lead time: normally in 5~10 days after deposit received.
3.Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready in 3~7 days once payment received. Shipping
port: Shenzhen , China.
4.Discounts : We offer discount for big quantity(500 meters, 1000 meters, 5000 meters).
5.We ship goods by UPS/DHL/ Fedex/TNT express which takes 3~5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to
arrive,

Packaging Details
1. Standard packing- PE bags, bubbles, cartons with corner/ edge protection.
2. Retail packing- each set into a PE bag with hanging card.
3. Wholesaler packing- 1 or n sets put into a kraft paper carton.
4. Shrink packing- each set into a shrink wrap.
5. Wooden box packing- for long products.

A: We usually ship by DHL. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
