1.Payment term: T/T 100% payment in advance, or for over 10,000USD, T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping. or L/C or Western Union for small amount .


2.Lead time: normally in 5~10 days after deposit received.


3.Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready in 3~7 days once payment received. Shipping port: Shenzhen, China

Q1. Can I have a sample for test?
Yes, samples are available. We will offer the sample of LED strip light for 1 to 5 meters, and the sample could can provide for customer with free, but the freight will be covered by customer account. The sample freight will be returned to customer account after we cooperate.

Q2. How about the lead time?
Usually we had material in stock , and regular order delivery time 3--7 days after the order (PI) paid. Custom products 8--15 days (Custom PCB)

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q4. Do you accept OEM service?
Yes, we accept OEM order. we will produce the products as your requirement.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product and package?
Yes, it is OK. Before our production, please inform us formally, and confirm the design firstly based on the sample that we send to you.

Q6. What payment can you accept?

Yes absolutely we accept.

Q9. How to proceed an order for led strip light?
Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production once the payment received.
Finally, once finish production, we will arrange shipment and send the track Number with no delay.

Q10. How much tax should I pay for custom when we buy goods from you ?
Different country had different import policy, you need to fig ure out with Custom. We don't have a exact answer about
this,but most of country 25% on the invoice value.

Q11. What after-sale services does your factory offer?
Our factory offers free technical support, and we will provide replacement and refund service if any product problem.
